Our Bar Guidelines & Company Information
The type of bar services Winnipeg residents search for must be professional in nature and very focused on serving customers. This is our main goal, serving customers and upholding our standard of greatness in order to help create a successful event.

Arrival and Departure Times
Our bartenders will arrive to your venue an least 30 minutes prior to ensure all necessary duties are completed before your guests arrive. Approximately an 30 minutes after your event is over is when we generally head out, this includes tearing down the bar and clean up of our area. Liquor License This is very important! A liquor license is required by law to serve alcoholic beverages in any public venue (unless the venue already has this and provides this for you). It is the hosts responsibility to obtain that license for use of our services in their establishment of choice.. The only EXCEPTION to this is when we are in a private residence then the license is not required. All of our bartenders are qualified to legally service alcohol and have the necessary Serving It Safe Certifications./Smart Choices. Gratuity or Tip Jars Gratuities are not included in any of our service options, that being said they are greatly appreciated. Having a tip jar is the most standard set up, that is a fabulous way for your guests to express their thanks for our efforts. If that doesn't sound like your style, we could add an additional 20% to your final bill if that is something you would like to do please let us know! Duties During your event our bartenders will clear empty glasses and bottles away as your guests are finished with them when they have spare time.. At the end of the night they will again go around and clean up glasses and bottles, making your cleanup significantly less. If there is more duties that you require feel free to let us know and we can make arrangements to meet your needs. Holiday Dates We know everyone likes to enjoy their holiday days off, and we are no exception to that. Because we believe our bartenders are no different we do charge a fee specific to the particular holiday, of course we always keep it reasonable. Number Of Guests Please visit the home page to view our private bartending prices based on the size of your special event. Payment When you have confirmed your booking for your event with us there is a non refundable deposit that is required to "save the date". Full payment for your booking is due one week prior to your event. We are currently accepting credit card, e-transfer, cash or check. |

Service Area
Our amazing bartenders are willing to travel outside of our beautiful city of Winnipeg. That being said, there is a .65 cent/km charged round trip for any events outside of the city perimeter hwy.
